This trailer also seems to set up the final boss battle and it looks very impressive. Whoever does the Assassin's Creed trailers should get some kind of award for such masterful cinematography. It truly is beautiful to look at.
Gametrailers also posted a single player preview which talks about the game's flow, plot details and new gameplay features.
