Edge Hints Something Assassin's Creed In Their Next Issue

For anyone who doesn't know Edge magazine they have a preview image of their next issue at the end of every magazine. This time it's Assassin's Creed related.

The Assassin's Creed Animus logo is unmistakable in the above image and with Edge's last issue they had a Uncharted 3 cover story (this was hinted at in the issue before, during this time Uncharted 3 had not been announced). That being said it wouldn't be too surprising for Edge to have another cover story based on a unannounced game. On top of that we had two Ubisoft officials saying we would have a new game in 2011 and CEO Yves Guillemot saying he wanted to turn the series into a yearly occurrence.

So will this be the announcement of a new game in the series? Probably, as they need to get the hype train going because they traditionally release in November.
