That's right! What used to be referred to as Splinter Cell Trilogy is now called Splinter Cell Compilation, at least according to Amazon. They even gave it a price and release date!
First it was rumored this collection was being released, then some European retailers had a listing, then some sites confirmed some information that now turns out to be true. I'm glad we're finally getting to the end of this. Why couldn't Ubisoft just give us this information from the get-go.
Amazon is listing the compilation for $39.99 with a March 22, 2011 release date. It was previously mentioned that this may only be a downloadable title. If history is any indicator it will be as the Prince of Persia trilogy was released on a Bluray in Europe and as a download in North America. Expect the compilation to include Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (the best one).
