Splinter Cell Trilogy Details Confirmed

Many sites have now confirmed from Ubisoft that the Splinter Cell Trilogy will be coming to the PS3 in HD. Some have even confirmed a price and release date.

Ubisoft announced the trilogy as one of their titles for 2011. Here's where it gets granular; CVG reports that the game will cost £20.42 ($26.73) while Gamespot reports that the game is releasing on March 22, 2011. As of this writing no other news outlets had any similar information.

Splinter Cell Trilogy is expected to have the first three games in the series, Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Multiple online retailers have listed the trilogy for sale which would indicate that a boxed copy will be sold, at least in Europe.
