Mark Hamill On Voice Acting Batman: Arkham City

Mark Hamill's voice has become synonymous with The Joker, so it's not too surprising to see him reprise his role in the Arkham Asylum sequel. In truth, he didn't want to return.

Hamill felt that there was no way they could top Arkham Asylum so he thought it would be best to not make a sequel. He says the game made half a billion dollars which had everyone pushing to reprise his role, "I told them I didn't want to do this one. It's too much to top something that was that successful."

He couldn't understand why Arkham City would be a better game, "I don't really understand games," he said in reference to how good narratives in film produce good films but that's not always the case with games. For the full interview watch the video below.
