Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot announced during a conference call yesterday that there will be another Assassin's Creed game in 2011. The game will be officially revealed in May.
The game will be a retail release meaning it will actually have some importance in the Assassin's Creed narrative. It may even be Assassin's Creed 3 as Assassin's Creed II had a two year development cycle.
If you've been reading StealthBIT it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise as Ubisoft has said they're going to have something Assassin's Creed in 2011 and that it was going to be big. They even promised the quality of AC titles will continue despite their yearly releases.
So, May looks promising and with E3 a month later we may even see more on the game, and then in November (every major AC game has released in November) we'll be playing it or hating it.
