The giant and popular online retailer Amazon has changed it's release date for the upcoming Splinter Cell compilation, Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy HD. What was once set to release in March is now going to be out in June.
The trilogy, which was set to release on the PS3 on March 22 and was even rumored to be coming to the Xbox 360, has now been delayed by Amazon. Their listing for the product says it will be available on June 21. Ubisoft has so far made no official comment on the matter but Amazon has consistently provided accurate information on their listings.
The Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy HD will contain HD versions of Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. For screens of the games click here and here.
