A Kotaku commenter, NightMystic, got himself an early copy of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Inside he found a 2 page manual.
The manual doesn't even have a staple, I guess it doesn't need one. The manual itself is just a cover with two pages inside that include the controls and seizure warnings. I would be sad about this but these days manuals truly aren't necessary and they are a waist of paper. As long as the in-game tutorial is done well it doesn't matter. Truthfully, I hope more games include glossaries and other FAQs. I shouldn't have to wander aimlessly to find packages in a huge open world.
