Metal Gear Online Gets Patched

The multiplayer mode for Metal Gear Solid 4, Metal Gear Online, has been patched to fix fraudulent network connections as well as tweak some gameplay systems, and adds new background music.

The game will now detect fraudulent connections that cause the game to slow down and presumably remove them. The Drebin Points system has been changed along with weapons, skill parameters and unique character skills, all in the name of balance.

Characters will also move faster now and idle kicking for auto matches will be enabled. Background music (or BGM) will now be regularly updated with songs from the Metal Gear universe.
