First Thief IV Screenshot Leaked?

An image posted on one of Eidos' play-testing pages shows what looks like someone playing an early build of Thief IV. The page is no longer up but the image has all ready spread throughout the Internet and is right here for you to see.

The image is taken off-screen so it adds to the blurriness and lack of accurate color that this image suffers from, making it all the harder to discern what it is we're really looking at.

The image certainly looks like it has a hooded character, presumably Garrett, but everything else is sort of up in the air. For example, I can't tell where the character's right arm is. It looks missing to me. Just because Garrett lost an eye doesn't mean he also lost an arm. Garrett's back looks incredibly strange as well, as if there were something rising from it.

In all honesty, I don't think this is a Thief IV screen. Eidos Montreal (the team working on Thief IV) has been working on Deus Ex: Human Revolution for a while now. With that game still not finished, I would highly doubt that they would all ready have a playable version of Thief IV. From a marketing and sales perspective it also wouldn't be wise to be showing off two games at once. Or more simply put, showing off your next game before the previous one is even done.
