Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is going to have a collector's edition (CE) like many games do now a days. What most collector's editions don't have, however, is a jack-in-the-box. Not only will the CE have a jack-in-the-box for $100 but it will also contain a bonus disc, some physical goodies and some in-game maps.
The bonus disc will contain: an exclusive making-of video, digital sneak peek at the comic book, trailers and developer diaries, and most notably the game's soundtrack. If this sountrack is anywhere near as good as the AC2 one was then this disc is definitely worth having.
Other extras include the hard copy map of Rome, and an art book. The two in-game bonus maps are referred to as "Aqueduct" and "Trajan Market". These will presumably be similar to the bonus tombs that came with the AC2 collector's edition.
One last thing to note about this collector's edition is that Gamestop has an exclusive with the harlequin jack-in-the-box while every other retailer will have the doctor.
