Kojima Announces Fox Engine, Multiplatform Development

So that's why Kojima isn't at E3. He's too busy working on Kojima Productions' new engine, the Fox Engine, which he hopes will become the best in the world. He also reveals in this video that the next Hideo Kojima game will be multiplatform.

Hideo Kojima, creator of the world famous Metal Gear Solid series, revealed in his podcast that he won't be announcing Metal Gear Solid 5 at this year's E3 (which is just a week away). Just a few hours ago he announced over Twitter that he won't be going to E3 at all.

Hideo Kojima's Next Game Can Be Played On PS3 And NGP

During Sony's NGP (Next Generation Portable or PSP2) announcement Hideo Kojima showed off Metal Gear Solid 4 on the NGP. He was quoted as saying, "This game used the model data and environments from PS3, and it was exported directly to NGP." He also hinted at the new game he is currently working on.

Old Snake Sneaks Into Super Scribblenauts

Yes, that's right. Old Snake from Metal Gear Solid 4 has made his way into Super Scribblenauts. You see, Konami publishes the Scribblenauts games in Japan which makes Snake's insertion into the game all the easier. We probably wouldn't even know about this if it wasn't for Kojima tweeting it.

Kojima Finds Old Metal Gear Documentation

As Hideo Kojima cleaned out his office he found some old documents. The documents turned out to be design papers for METAL GEAR. From level designs to gameplay flow charts. Even the logo drawn on graph paper. If you're a fan of the original Metal Gear it's worth taking this trip back in time.
