This is the first (that I know of) time a company has openly looked toward the fans of a series to find someone who can fill a position at the company. By doing this Ubisoft is hoping to find someone who can write and organize an encyclopedia for the Assassin's Creed series. They're looking for someone who has good writing skills, "An accurate knowledge of the Assassin's Creed universe" and is very organized.
It's a little odd as I never thought the AC series was that complicated. I suppose as more games are released it will get harder to sift through the series, not to mention the present day stuff is pretty confusing. If you're interested in being hired for the position click the link below.
